"We've stayed in a number of properties in and around Boston. This is the best. Very comfortable. High end appliances. Great host. We were there for 5 weeks and felt right at home. Our grandkids joined us for several sleepovers. Lots of fun. Speaking of grandkids, the place was nice enough as a backdrop for a family photoshoot. The T is literally right out the door. We rented the optional parking space which was an excellent decision. The apartment is on the fourth floor. All we can say is after...

"We had a wonderful relaxing time at this Waterford house. The sunny, open living room, kitchen and dining room are as pictured. We fully used the convenient half bathrooms in the basement and walk in level and full bathrooms upstairs. The separate laundry and sink area from the shower and toilet in the hall bathroom was also helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. And the host was very accessible and flexible. The location felt safe."

Communication with the owners was excellent. All in all excellent location and worked well for us on marathon weekend with good access to Boston central by train"
