「The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot」

「Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. 「Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!」

「This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! The only thing I wasn’t familiar with was a Roku tv so struggled a little with that. Network/local channels weren’t available, or at least I couldn’t find them.
