「Once you're inside, the property is excellent. The only problem we had was finding it! Good location, close to the town centre, pubs and restaurants.」

「The apartment was very clean throughout, incl towels & bedding. The living room & kitchen were open plan with a screen dividing them & the room large. Loved the windows incl blinds from top to window sill. Large bedrooms & bathroom incl shower. Located in a nice area with 3 story well kempt houses, not too far from L1 shopping area, about 15 mins walk Decent size, free carpark at the rear. Only a couple of minor disadvantages: 3 levels of stairs, lift not in action. Hooks needed in the apartment...

「The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock. 」

「This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters.」
