It was not at all good experience. Rooms had dirty smell. When complained, the manager looked around for other empty rooms physically with master key. He opened three rooms which were already occupied. He couldn't figure out which rooms are empty from the system. He agreed that rooms had strong smell and blamed on previous customers. Waited about 45 minutes to resolve from 12am to 12:45. He then ended up offering two separate rooms with lesser smell with single bed. So i had to separate out family. Rooms neither had shampoo nor soap in dispensers. There was no phone in rooms either to connect with front desk staff. Multiple rooms had large music on with open doors. Stairs were not clean either which took us to second floor. Breakfast area had similar issues. We left early in morning without having it.

The property was absolutely unsafe. There was trash all over the place. All trash receptacles outside were overflowing with empty beer, taking up space at stairwells. The flooring in the room was pealing up causing a serious tripping hazard. We were not impressed with this property to the point were we checked out that night. There were other people checking out that were not happy with the quality as well. I would like to receive a refund due to the inconvenience of having to locate another place to stay!!

Thee price of the room may be affordable, but unfortunately, the amenities provided are not worth the money. The room itself is quite basic, but my specific room had several issues: a broken heater, broken refrigerator, limited-channel TV, and a bed. Furthermore, there was no phone available to call the office for assistance. The worst part of my stay was the absence of hot water.

When I first arrived, the lobby only had two lights on, I had to ask The person behind the counter to turn up the lights, so I could actually see what I was doing. In my room, we could see dirt on the floors in the corners, the toilet rocked back-and-forth because it was not bolted tightly to the floor, slight mold on the shower curtain, beds were supposed to be queen size but were not. Entire property exterior was not well lit, and uncomfortable, because the neighborhood was not the best. Online it said breakfast was included, breakfast was a granola bar and was supposed to be a choice of orange juice or apple juice, but they did not have any apple juice, and the only juice was orange juice, which was clearly not real orange juice, but some kind of a colored water that tasted like crap. About the only plus was that it was close to the destination we were attending, beyond that I wouldn’t go near the place again.

Disappointing…
There was a haggard “we’re under renovation” sign taped to the lobby door, but it seems they rented a room (to me) that wasn’t finished yet. Only 2 bath towels, no hand towels, washcloths or a bath mat and it was bluntly put the next morning that “our washer’s broke”—there was a polite night auditor that did find me a washcloth. I was not greeted when I came to check in and the chilly reception at checkout reminded me that the hospitality notion might be lost here. The breakfast they offer is cheap granola bars and juice or coffee. The bed was fine, but it was a queen mattress on a king frame, so there was potential for hazard. Kudos to the effort to improve, but don’t promote what you don’t offer and don’t offer rooms that aren’t properly appointed.

So the first room they put me in was very dirty and the shower didn’t drain. So of course I called front desk and was moved to a new room. The second room was even more disgusting. Plastic bag over the smoke alarm. Dirt and black spots in shower and curtain.
