a nice getaway to the beach

we were there during an empty time (12/26-28) which was nice, clearly the rental company knows what they're doing as everything was arranged perfectly. maybe a little pricey, but we'd do it again.

Overall the place and stay was fine for a weekend. However, the unit lacked enough bath and beach for the number of guests on the reservation. It also lacked additional pillow cases (had plenty of pillows), tissues & any pen/pencils/paper. Also had issues with the unit above parking in our reserved parking spot ALL weekend.

It was a great 5-night stay for our 5-person family. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything we expected. Very clean. Beds were good. Pool and sand showers were well maintained. The stored beach chairs and umbrellas were rusty so bring your own if that's a problem for you. If you need shade on the beach, I'd suggest looking into a very sturdy umbrella or other sturdy canopy since the breeze is constant and strong throughout the day (which is nice for staying cool on hot days, but rough on weak umbrellas). A lot of people on the beach had Shibumi wind-powered canopies and they seemed to be working very well.

Nice Stay - Small Amenities Could Have Been Better

Stay was very nice overall - nice property with good view of the ocean. Good neighborhood - felt very safe. Master bedroom view is spectacular. A couple of small things could have been better: - supply of shampoo and soap for bathing was small and could have been nicer (we had to ration use to avoid running out) - TV in master bedroom was difficult to operate and had hard time figuring out how to turn TV off - Also wish there some flexibility on early check-in without extra fees - Check out time of 10am is early, would have been nice if it were 11:00 or 12:00

Wonderful accommodations

This unit was perfect for my family! My son was recently in an accident and needed a wheelchair. The elevator was a must. The unit was spacious enough to accommodate all of his hospital devices. The unit was clean and well appointed with all we needed. I will say a broom and dustpan would have been nice to have. The vacuum that was there did not work very well. The beach chairs, cooler and wagon were nice to have and nice that I didn’t have to pack ours. Thank you and we will return!

Arrived, TV in main area would not turn on, found out later that wire behind TV loose, Apple TV in master, no instructions, even tech person did not know bunch of trial and error. 319 high when off season and you have to remove all trash, take linens off beds, towels in washing machine.
