Awesome beach trip

We enjoyed a great trip staying here. It was very close to the beach and fishing pier, which was awesome. It was so convenient, as well as comfy, spacious and clean!

Labor Day Weekend - Fun in the Sun!

Very close to beach and shopping. Beds were fairly uncomfortable. Plenty of supplies in kitchen to make meals in.

Great Getaway in the Right Location

This is a great location that allows you to enjoy everything around the island without having to drive! The place was very clean and quite comfortable. We had people stay at the townhouse next door with kids, but never heard them. Would go back again!

Clean and near the beach

nothing too fancy, just a basic beach property. there were a few upgrades in kitchen and furniture, but building is old and water heater is small.

GREAT LOCATION

Location is great, Had a great time. a bit dated and needs a detail cleaning ie dirt under cocktail table glass, bathroom draws had loose hair and dust and bathroom shower inside liner has mold. management addressed a chair issue upon our request. the above issues would not stop us from renting again, assuming they were cleared up

First, the master bath tub wouldn't drain, so I had to take a shower in standing water. Maintenance did come fix it. Second, the dishwasher quit working.

This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just outside the unit which was convenient when our heat never turned on the night we got there and set it. They came very quickly in the morning and got that fixed.

Good property, faulty check-in

Property is as described in the website. Beautiful, spacious & great access to the beach. There was barely any ocean view from the deck. One would hope for the check-in process to be smooth but I was never sent any information until we arrived there. The door code sent was faulty. So we had to walk to the property management office to get help as no one answered the phone. The staff is friendly & helpful. She walked us to the condo but had to go back for another different door code, as her’s didn’t work either. Check-in was lengthy & painful!

Hardly worth the money I paid

Not worth what I paid. Plus, the next tenant was allowed to check in early and as we were checking out before 10:00, there were two golf carts rented by the new tenant checking in, who left them there blocking our car in the garage. Took us 20 minutes to get the carts moved. Roaches, off and on WIFI, gave us wrong code on check-in, etc. I’ve stayed in Wrightsvile every year for over a decade. I’ll stay home before I rent this unit again.

great location but needs repair

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a great location right by pier and ocean block. However it needs a lot of repair. The ceiling is peeling from water damage in the kitchen. The main level bath has what appears to be black mold and water damage in the ductwork in ceiling. Several other areas appear to have water damage. Kitchen is OLD- cabinet doors hang, dishes are mismatched, very few pots/pans. Exhaust and light over range broken. Dated furniture throughout. So much potential in this rental but really has been let go. We were in town for a wedding and were not really cooking so it served the purpose for us.

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed with our stay. Dishwasher was supposed to be fixed before we arrived but it was full of dirty dishes. The maintenance person never actually fixed the dishwasher even when he came back. I hate washing dishes especially on vacation. Central location but a lot of traffic noise. Walking distance to the beach but no view. Condo is sort of run down, outdated with broken cabinets, dirty walls, torn couch, sparse kitchen items, etc.
