Cold, dirty

When we arrived, the house is very cold. We turned on the air conditioner, it need about 6-8 hours to make the house warm, so my husband caught a cold. The room with three beds apparently is attic, its bedside lamp doesn’t work and the sockets have no power, no air conditioner in that room. Kitchen looks dirty. Really a horrible experience. Will not choose this house anymore.
