“Awesome customer service by Johnathan. He assisted me in checking in while the lobby was busy about a week ago. Very friendly and attentive as it appeared as though his colleague was too overwhelmed with his own customer to even greet us. I also appreciated his approach taking his time to explain about amenities and nearby areas to visit. The hotel is clean, centric to various places and has a great breakfast! ”
