「We had a wonderful stay at the Lakes. It’s such a beautiful setting with so many activities on offer including a spa. We ate in the restaurant and it really is an experience- the food and service were outstanding. Bedrooms are beautiful - decor and furnishings. Guest services were very helpful both prior to arrival and on the day. We we definitely be back! 」

「Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night. It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out. It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking...

「A busy weekend for a family wedding, but The Milk House was the perfect place to come back to and rest. Very relaxing and peaceful. Property was absolutely stunning our host, Rebecca was so so lovely and couldnt have been more welcoming. We will 100% be coming back for another family weekend soon. 」

「Loved this little place! It’s walking distance to all the shops. You really have to be okay climbing a latdder up to bed. My husband and I thought it was cute and part of the experience. The bathroom is downstairs, so if you frequent the bathroom multiple times at night the ladder could get tricky. 」

「We had a lovely weekend here. The communication was great and informative. The property is of a very high standard in terms of interior decor and quality appliances etc. We enjoyed using the facilities of Lower Mill Estate and cooking meals in the home. 「We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. 」

「Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! 」

「Great place, just like the pictures. Note Dark Lane is a bit narrow and single lane, so be careful. 」

「This house ticked all the boxes for us, large enough for 7 adults and 5 children. Positives - the swimming pool and games room were enjoyed by all and the games were free to play which was great, (not sure how much we would have used that space if we had to pay for the games). 「The Railway View carriage was just delightful! It is small but perfectly set up. Not much storage for clothing but we managed. Perhaps a few more hooks to hang things would be useful. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee necessities after our long drive. We didn't want to leave!!」

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"
