1. Reception stuff is indifferent, cold, arrogrant, helpless, unprofessional. Absolutely the worst I have ever seen among all of the accommodation experience. It took me almost one hour on checking. During it, I talked to 2 stuff, called hotels. com, pushed them to listent to the explanation from hotels.com after saying Sorry another client myself. 2. I finally got checked in when one manager came ( if she didn't come by chance? god knows...), the answer of the stuff for the manager WHY was " She booked wrong." Still my fault! Of course! 3. Checking out: I paid the room on hosels.com. They again printed a bill for me to pay the room... how come it happened again? Anybody could answer me? 4. It was rainy, no matter I came or left, nobody greeted or helped though there were stuff at the gate. 5. The lobby smells aweful. GOOD EXPERIENCE: MY PHONE DROPPED AT THE DOOR GARE WHEN I LEFT BECAUSE OF THE HARD RAIN, LUGGAGE...THE WATCHING STUFF FOUND MY PHONE AFTER THE CAR LEFT. THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME THOUGH THEY SHOULD HAVE MY CONTACT ON THE BOOKING. BUT WHEN I REALIZED IT AND CAME BACK, I GOT ME PHONE BACK AFTER A VERY SERIOUS PROCEDURES. THEY WERE HONEST AND SERIOUS ON THIS. I APPRECIATE WITH IT. THE MAGANGER, MISS WANG IS NICE AND HELPFUL TOO. But still the experience in such a fancy hotel is very disappointed. I would never go again, would not suggest anybody to stay there of course.
