「We were very happy with the house and with Matthew. Matthew was wonderful!!! The only thing we were unhappy about was that we had to clean the dishes. We didn’t have many dirty dishes; however, since we had to pay a cleaning fee, I think that we should not have had to clean the dishes.」

「We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!」

「Add stated a pool and then when you booked it you had to pay another HOA fee of 100.00 before we got there, they changed it to 300.00 but we already had a contract. Can't use the beach, playground or pool without paying the fee. The booking should list that. Minimal pool hours too The house was very nice. Lots of room. We will probably look elsewhere next year due to the pool drama.」
