位置不佳
酒店的地理實在是最讓人失望的地方, 離地鐵體育館站步行10分鐘左右, 想找的士也不是很多, 附近也沒有很多食店/餐館選擇, 如早餐不是在酒店內就只有附近一兩家路邊的小店, 酒店內部整體還是不錯的.

Nice room, excellent breakfast buffet
Very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is particularly tasteful and plenty. Members can also get two welcome drinks during the stay. The location is convenient as well.

整體來說尚佳 唯二美中不足...
整體來說,飯店服務人員態度都很親切.但住宿期間盥洗用品補充有遺漏及餐廳提供早餐Buffet負責中式餐點人員態度不佳美中不足,有待改進!

我们一家于8月6日至10日入住，因原订的房型已满，酒店给免费升级到套房，并免费加了床。在这里特别感谢前台、客房部和礼宾部的工作人员。我们退房时将一副牙托遗落在房间，回家后才发现，马上给酒店打电话，服务人员找到牙托，非常细致地包好，用快递寄给我们，免去我们很多麻烦。谢谢！另外，入住期间，各个部门的人员态度都很亲切，酒店的健身设施很好用，早餐品种丰富味道好。总之，这次我们一家都很满意，再来西安会首选住这里。

酒店地點附近幾乎甚麼都沒有，對面只有一家「裝澳門」的火鍋店，也根本打不到的士，酒店內餐廳只有幾道菜，味道不好，但無耐，也被逼在酒店吃！酒店各部門也不協調，各有各說的，禮賓部不專業，也與門口的的士師機有金錢關系。我住了七晚，下次不考慮。

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms
Lovely hotel with opulent public rooms, and spacious well appointed bedrooms. Situated a little outside the ancient city centre - about a twenty minute walk to the City South Gate. Food good - the buffet dinner in the Zhuque excellent. The CP staff were helpful, despite the language barrier - an English speaker was usually made available when needed. Concierges were particularly obliging. 51st floor bar worth a visit, especially at night. Highly recommended.
