A lot of room for improvement

The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better. The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. After one person goes out for a few minutes, the light and aircond would be automatically turned off even though another person is still in. The arrangement of furniture is also bad. Inside the bathroom, the bath tub is arranged in such a way that after closing the sliding door, the bathtub is too close to the sliding door that it is extremely difficult to slide it open. You need to reach out all the way to slide it. The toilet bowl uses Kohler which is very nice. Those in many other hotels can easily get stuck but this one is very nice. The service is however very nice and efficient. Very commendable.
