市中心服務好酒店
正體酒店環境休靚， 環繞著很多樹本，有 櫻花樹, 房間很大，在市中心區很方便，步行20分到回民街。服務員的 態度很有善。但是房間的冷氣温度不夠冷，要叫工程師來調教後才可。

超貼心服務
服務非常棒。服務生收拾房間時看到我們放了一杯水在床頭，猜想我們感覺房間太乾燥，當晚就為我們準備好了加濕器。 酒店位置也很棒，距離鐘樓和回民街只需十五分鐘步行。

A bit old hotel....
Overall good except it took over 15 mins for check-in around 8.30PM. Nancy Wu provided great and warm service but I don't understand why the guys (not sure both of them are manager or not) who was standing behind Nancy but didn't offer any to her. Such a bad team work here. Hotel is a bit old ... I think, I will try another hotel for my next trip.

Dear guest, Thank you for providing us with the gift of feedback. Thank you for your recognition to Nancy. I'll definitely share your recognition with her and thank you for your encouragement. However at the same time, we are very sorry that the stay didn't meet your expectation. By using "Chi Wai" to check in the system, I find a guest however the check-in time was 19:32. Thus I'm not very sure if my assumption is correct or not. I pay high attention to your feedback on the time used for check-in and the two male staff, and would very much like to investigate. This would be very important for our continuous improvement. I would appreciate very much if we could have some more clue so that we can investigate accordingly. Thank you. 登記入住因房間仍未打掃完，需要等20分鐘，請禮賓部之後把行李先送上房間，決定先出去走一下，回來發現行李仍在禮賓部，服務員笑笑口說他忘記了房間號碼.....態度可以專業點嗎？吹風機吹不到5分鐘就自動斷電，換了也是一樣，房間燈光超暗，看本書或用電腦工作完全不成，以後不會入住

飯店地理位置不錯，距離火車站，鐘樓都很近，位於兩者中間，距離地鐵站也只有10分鐘路程。房間很大，清潔很乾淨，服務員態度很好，就是設施舊了些，而且隔音不太好。

硬件不俗，软件还未跟上。
酒店的管理的好與坏，其中的一個衡量标准，就是他跟客人的溝通能力。我入住第一天，因為腳崴了，所以，晚上在門把手挂上 "請勿骚扰"的牌子，還亮起不要骚扰的燈號。次日，打掃的服务员，仍然很有责任心地敲門，我想既然我挂了牌子，就索性不理她。然而，她居然請人打電话到我房間。其實，我訂了4天的房，第一天多睡點，什麼都不要不行吗? 難道我老远跑來放几天假，你都要坚持让我起床，好让你收拾完好下班嗎???

地点很方便。食物也还不错。服务很周到。不过我在网上预定时写了备注，来到酒店前台时，他们完全没理会。我提出后，前台好像什么都不知道。我当时就算了。不过就不够贴心。就是这些细节上还和其他五星有差距。

酒店是頗大，外觀很不錯，但客房比較舊，不過還算整齊乾淨。個人覺得酒店前台服務員就比較差，沒有笑容，不夠熱心，不能說沒禮貌，反正就是冷冷淡淡的，對於這樣一家級數的酒店來說是不及格的。但有一位旅遊諮詢的服務員叫小王，他特別的好，很熱心的介紹旅遊路線及其他相關信息，衷心感謝他。酒店地點在城內，不能說不好，20分鐘左右可以步行至鐘鼓樓。但去地鐵站比較遠，步行15分鐘左右可以到地鐵一號線五路口站。如果要乘地鐵2號線，可以在五路口站乘至北大街換乘2號線或從酒店步行到鐘樓站。

關於早餐問題
我們於網上定的房間是標明含自助早餐，但辦理入住時，酒店職員說:《這個價錢是不含早餐的》，經過理論後，酒店職員應承由酒店跟網站交涉，最終早餐是有得吃，但巳沾上一點不愉快的經歷。

据说是政府经常用的酒店。设备已经老旧，浴缸的砌砖快要掉下了，电视机前的灯泡坏了，热水壶水垢严重。服务人员相当不专业，绝难想象这是雅高的顶级品牌。西安出租车拒载非常严重，索菲特附近没有地铁，打车近的基本都不去，所以行动非常不便。不会再选这家

Sofitel on Renmin Square exceeded our expectations in the quality and spaciousness of the room: for example, it had two toilets and a seperate Tub/Shower arrangement). It also exceeded our expectations in the breakfasts and the ambiance of the dining room. Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city.
