这是一家不会再去住的酒店，以下个人体验供参考。 当初预订的时候，听名字和看图片觉得还不错，最主要地理位置非常好。入住时打开房门的一瞬间懵了！感觉时光穿越了，空调是拨盘的那种，房间没有灯光调节，就床头两盏灯，海信的电视机没有卫星电视，还配了一个家用机顶盒，电视机也看不了，家具陈旧，没有淋浴房，只有一个浴缸，还冷热水需要自己转，最诡异就是卫生间门上装一面大镜子，晚上看到吓死人了！ 据说是西安最早的五星级酒店，但都21世纪了，快捷酒店和民宿都比它强，难怪这么大一个酒店，住了几天一个人都没看到过。

飯店位置在南城牆附近，並在地鐵永寧門站上邊，交通方便，觀景很好，房間的空調很好，早餐算很不錯，唯一可以說的是設備開始有點老花，但還算整潔，值得再來。

Excellent Hotel in Xi'an!!
The hotel is excellent. The price is reasonable, and the front desk is very helpful and friendly to visitors. The room is clean and comfortable. If you live at the street side, the view, especially the night view, is great. You can see the Xi'an city wall with light decoration. All in all, a five star experience.

Although furniture a bit old fashion, but very clean & neat. Super good location because of close to Yong Ning Men Metro Station, opposite there have a city wall of xi'an, the view of the city wall by night is absolutely enchanting.

五星好评，君乐城堡酒店必须点个赞，强烈推荐！
初次嚟到西安哩個十三朝古都，點都要搵間同古時候皇宮相襯嘅酒店嚟入住，親身體驗一吓舊時長安城嘅繁華，咁啱上Hotels.com官網search到哩間君樂城堡酒店有做special price，即刻快手落訂住佢幾晚先。行政套房位於酒店最高層九樓，客房窗外進覧西安鐘樓附近美景，仲包埋早、晚餐，晚餐響九樓嘅商務中心享用，用餐環境安靜舒適，服務侍應熱情周到，餐飲都幾精緻好味，但由於連續兩晚都蒲到好夜，第日起唔到身，所次錯過咗早餐時間，浪費了2日嘅早餐券，所以寫唔到點評，只得等次有機會再嚟西安時入住享用再點評過。

酒店臨進西安地鐵永寧門站A號出口2分鐘交通非常方便, 附近有王府井百貨公司也不錯逛, 要搭公交的話附近進行南門站所以也非常方便

The Grand Park Xi’an is very well located in view of the historic South Gate of the old city wall. Our room overlooked the large plaza/traffic circle in front of the gate. There was always something new happening there, from piped music, to actors in period costumes, to fountains and lights. That was fun for us, but if you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs or ask for a room off the plaza; the windows are single pane. The Muslim Quarter is a relatively short walk and the subway #2 line entrance is right across the street. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and the breakfast buffet included a large variety of options to cater international tastes, but overall was ‘meh’, but the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful, hence the 5-star rating. I would stay there again.
