“我住的是標準客房，雖然房間確是小了一點，但基本的都有齊，房間亦很整潔。地下大堂有微波爐可用，又有洗衣房。而酒店旁更有一間具規模的7-Eleven，貨品頗齊全，又有枱椅可直接用餐。綾瀨站周邊有很多食肆，選擇非常多，價位相宜，又有超市、藥妝店，可作為補給物資之用。此外，酒店所包的早餐是由附近的Doutor Coffee供應，早餐組合包括三文治、湯品及餐飲，具質素，堂食、外帶都可以，具彈性。”

“Close to train station. Several local restaurants and shops nearby. Staff can communicate with English and are very gentle. Room clean with everything needed. Breakfast nice. Green friendly hotel. Flawless.”

“Very nice and spacious room. Clean. Great exhaust fan in the bathroom that can dry all the clothes in a night. The small balcony is useful for drying clothes. Bathtub with automatic filling water system. Only 2 mins walk from the station with a big supermarket opening till 2500.”

“Overall a very good and convenient hotel in Ayase! Lots of restaurants and stores around, really closed to Ayase station, and the living conditions are comfortable. Would be better if a clearer instruction can be provided regarding how to access the service counter, which is on the 2/F. And the fact that a curtain can be added between the bath tub and washroom area, so that water can be separated from the washroom, and it can be used by two people at the same time.”

Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again.”
