「The property overlooks the Charco de San Gines with great views across the water and waterfront. 「The apartment is very central. Interior looks very new, stylish. Parking might be a headache, as there is in front of the apartment a large Spa/Tennis court that absorbs some visitors by car. I recommend to park the car no later than 9 am to find easily a parking lot.」

「Wir fühlten uns von der Agentur sehr gut betreut. Information zum Checkin kam aufs Smartphone und klappte super. Verwundert hat uns angesichts der knappen Wasser Recourcen der Insel dass Warmwasser erst nach minutenlangem warten zur Verfügung war. Probleme, wie zum Beispiel ein sehr schwaches WLAN wurden sofort, äusserst freundlich sowohl von der Agentur wie auch vom Vermieter zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Die Ferienwohnung empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.」

「Had trouble getting into the complex as the electronic gate was not working properly but the apartment was very comfortable. The location is close to numerous shops including Lidl and some lovely little bars. Quiet pool area which we had to ourselves most days. TV was not working and took three days to fix. Nice little complex. 」

「Nous sommes arrivés pendant la semaine de fête (semaine du 15 Aout) avec des concerts juste sous notre fenêtre qui finissaient à 4h du matin pendant 5 nuits. A part cela nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, l'accès au centre sportif et la climatisation ce qui permet de mettre une note de 4/5. L'appartement est mieux aussi pour deux.Difficile de se garer en Aout.」
