Un hôtel exceptionnel ! Nous avions réservé avec mon mari pour 6 jours 1 chambre tout équipé avec demi-pension, nous en sommes ravis. Le personnel à l'écoute, souriant, bar et restaurant très bon ! Côté animation super ambiance et l'hôtel et juste magnifique. Je remercie toute l'équipe de nous avoir fait passé un super séjour ! Je recommande vivement ! ☺️☺️ Nous reviendrons en famille sans hésitation ! À très bientôt !!

La struttura è molto grande e non il mio genere. La pulizia delle camere era sufficiente e le camere erano piuttosto grandi. Invece la pulizia della sala ristorante, soprattutto dei tavoli, non era a mio parere accettabile. Tovagliette appiccicose pulite con lo stesso panno con cui si puliva tutto il resto. Il cibo era più orientato ad una clientela inglese.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel très bien placé en bord de mer, parking gratuit très pratique où on a toujours trouvé de la place. Personnel très sympathique. À notre arrivée nous étions peu nombreux à l'hôtel donc c'était agréable. Une fois que le flux de touristes est arrivé, c'est plus compliqué. Manque de disponibilité sur les transats. Afflux en permanence au restaurant. Et malheureusement, l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, mais beaucoup de manque de respect pour autrui.

We just got back from a two week family holiday 1-14 Aug 2026. Two adults and two children 9 & 11. We stayed in the Adventure Park area but also had access to all other areas. We had a great time. Lots of activities during the day to keep the kids entertained with multiple pools, pool side entertainment and kids clubs etc…We all really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. Animation Team were exemplary. Food was really good at all times of the day. The main restaurant did get a little over crowded on some evenings - that is the only sight flaw I can highlight. Rooms were spacious and well maintained by the cleaning staff. 15 minute walk to the marina and nearby beach which was stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade to the gold package.

This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday.

Also wir waren als Paar hier und würden das Hotel auf keinen Fall für jemanden empfehlen der Ruhe sucht. Durch die vielen Familien mit Kindern hat es auch einfach an der Sauberkeit gemangelt. Pommes am Boden oder Kinder die nachdem sie sich die Gummibärchen von der Süßigkeitenbar in dem Mund geschoben haben nochmal mit nackter Hand ins Glas greifen, oder Eltern die nicht verstanden haben wofür die Zangen am Buffet da sind, sind nur einige Beispiele. Ich hatte durch diesen unsauberen Umgang mit den Lebensmitteln wirklich Angst vor Magen-Darm Infekten. Am zweiten Abend war ein Kontrolleur anwesend, da war das Management und das Personal richtig aufmerksam, da war auch das Essen am besten. Der Kontrolleur wurde stetig umgarnt, der Fokus liegt also manchmal einfach nicht auf den Gästen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, wo wir 3 Seiten mit Kindergeschrei genervt wurden, auch teilweise Abends um kurz vor 23 Uhr. Die Ausstattung vom Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber irgendwie war im Zimmer ständig ein feuchter modriger Geruch, der nur weg war, wenn die Balkontür zum Lüften offen stand. Ich meine für die Gäste und deren Benehmen kann das Hotel grundsätzlich nichts, aber es hat auch nicht gewirkt als würden hier die 5 Sterne die dieses Hotel trägt in irgend einer Form wirklich gelebt. Einzig positiv waren die Angestellten am Empfang, die waren sehr aufmerksam. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen, auch nicht mit Kindern.

A really nice hotel, many things for children, many different pools, food was for every choice. Right on the beach and near shops. We will be back!

Had a nice stay at Gran Tagoro recently with my family. The hotel is great, rooms clean and staff friendly. Food is ok, but got boring later in the stay, always the same at breakfast and lunch. We did not get dinner.
