讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Just returned from a one week stay at the H10 White Suites and we were all so impressed with the hotel.
Check-in was great. Staff were so informative. We were also upgraded to a deluxe suite which was lovely surprise. Cava & chocolates were in our room for arrival.
Food & beverages were excellent. Plenty of choice at all meals and the all inclusive package included brand name drinks. Cocktails were all made fresh and presented to a high standard.
Rooms were spacious and decorated to a high standard. Bedding was very comfortable. Rooms were serviced every day with nice little touches like chocolates left throughout the week.
The deluxe room pool was very relaxed, with gentle music playing. There is a small serve service bar area there which is stocked with water, juices & cocktails. Some snacks were also provided.
My only one comment on would be that a more relaxing indoor bar would be a plus for evening drinks. The indoor bar was in the lobby and seating wasn't the most comfortable.
Overall a great stay & a hotel I would definitely revisit.
