“Pros: Todo Cons: Nada”

“Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten anfänglich Probleme im unteren Schlafbereich mit der Klimatisierung, aber es wurde seitens des Gastgebers sehr schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage und Aussicht war super, die Villa ist zentral gelegen. ”

“Pros: Die Lage ist optimal für Gäste,die Ruhe suchen.Die haben wir da gefunden..absolut ruhig.Das Haus ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.Großer Garten und schöner Pool,der 2x die Woche gereinigt wurde.Auch war einiges für die ersten Tage vorhanden wie Spülmaschinentabs,Spülmittel,Schwamm,Müllbeutel,Sonnenmilch usw. Auch die Handtücher/Badetücher waren von einer ordentlichen Qualität. Sehr entgegenkommend fand ich auch dass wir schon früher einchecken konnten,da wir morgens……

“Could not ask for anything else superb in all aspects. Proximity to Puerto Calero just a 5 minute walk to the main harbour area. The villa was very well equipped no need to buy any extras. Will definitely be going back hopefully next year with the family. Pool was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. No complaints what so ever 10 out of 10”

“Pros: Host was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Villa was zeer schoon en veel was aanwezig Cons: Klein probleem met een van de douches, snel opgelost door host”

“Having stayed numerous times in PB villas, we found Villa Marta was as described and spotlessly clean .. but improvements could be made with communication.There was a language barrier with the property manager and no information pack.Very surprised that there was no pool clean during our 8 night stay.Feel the villa would benefit from some outdoor furniture on the upstairs bedroom terrace.”

“The villa was great not really toddler friendly but we knew that before we arrived ..we were privuded with a high chsir and travel cot and got stair gates when requested..would advise if staying with a child to ask for the stairgates before arrival. Villa was clean on arrival was very disappointed that there was no bed linen and towel change as our stay was 2 weeks ..i contacted the agent and they did give fresh bath towels . There wasxa:washing machine which we used but didn't think we weould……

“We loved everything about this property excluding the hot tub (more on that below).The house is clean, spacious, & conveniently located—(shortcut down an alley makes it only a 15-min walk into town) The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt safe & comfortable.A special thanks to the property manager, Suzanne, who was polite & kindly allowed us to check-in a few hrs early.Major Issue: The Hot TubOur ONLY issue, and unfortunately the reason……
