Exactly as listed
The neighborhood felt safe. It was a quiet, clean, well-appointed unit with an easy check-in and check-out process. The unit was also well lit as needed on the outside which was important since I tend to come and go during dark hours. The property managers were quickly responsive and very pleasant when I called about the door locking system which is smarter than me. I couldn't have been happier with my six day stay in this rental.

Back Home
Coming back home but didn't want to inconvenience family so the wife and I decided to get a rental for 2 weeks.
The home is top notch. Check-in was a breeze. Dale & Debbie welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. They had easy and simple instructions and suggestions for everything around us. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Also great and safe to walk or jog around in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighbors were friendly when we ran into them.
Would definitely would rent again.

West Yakima Peace and Quiet
The condo was everything as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds and more than enough towels and such. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only hiccup was the door entry code. It can be very fussy and sometimes takes several attempts to open. Super value and everything Yakima is within a 20 min drive. Would highly recommend.
