very nice hotel with nice location and great view! Staff are very friendly, sepecially Mr. Peter Pan who helped me with luggages and booking taxi. I will stay here again next time.

중국은 자유롭게 여행할 수 없는 곳리기에 힐튼역시 그 브랜드만으로 비빌 수 없는 곳이엇어요.
여지껏 묵었던 세계 여러 힐튼 중 모든 것이 떨어지거나 일반 저급호텔에도 미치치 못하네요

주변에 가게들이 다 일찍 닫고 편의점이라 할만한곳도 없어서 밤 10시쯤엔 주변에 나가도 뭐 할게 없다. 호텔 executive lounge도 10시까지만 운영한다. 하지만 호텔 자체는 너무 좋았고 잠자리도 편했다. 직원들의 영어도 다른 곳에 비해 우수하고 굉장히 친절하다. 컵 같은건 제대로 안씻는지 컵 바닥에 커피 자국 같은게 있어서, 다시 씻어서 써야할 필요가 있다. 하지만 5성급은 5성급인 이유가 있다. Thanks for your great service.

쩐내+영어 빵점
정말 심각하게 영어를 못합니다. 정말!!! 어떻게 이럴 수 있지? 정도로 영어를 못해요. 태풍때문에 비행기가 취소돼서 도움을 줄 수 있냐고 물어도 전혀 관심조차 가지지 않아요. 그리고 베개에서 쩐내나요.. 뭐랄까 안씻은 머리냄새? 호텔만 보면 좋아요.. 그런데 정말 뭔가 extra를 기대하지마세요.
