Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. 「員工很友善，有英語流利的外籍職員。入住前在 Expedia 發問也很快回覆。 房間很乾淨，備品有基本的，可免費借直/捲髮夾，是沙宣的。看到可加錢租switch 和 烤肉爐。有小廚房和洗乾衣機，很適合帶幼兒入住。 離上野站不算近，要走約十分鐘，但是一條直路，不難走，沿途很多便利店，往另一方向走六分鐘有超市。也算方便。」
