「It was overall a happy stay. Owner of the place was very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok. Parking cost 600 yen, not sure if it’s for each stay or just overnight. We stayed one night only. There were a few small flies flying around the whole night (we weren’t able to catch them before falling sleep). Walkable distance to the tram station. Quite a few restaurants around the place.
We stayed on the ground floor. The bathroom wall could be cleaner as the wall is full...
"Overall is good. Service is nice. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. There is one thing I would like to mention. We booked a "two bed + one sofa bed" room and indicated we have 2 adults and 2 children. However, the room supplies are all for 3 persons. Extra supplies are sent to us after communication but it is a little inconvenient for us.
There are washing machines in 9F but the amount is not enough. It is always occupied. Hope you can increase the numbers of washing machines if possible. "
