「Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.」

「Beautiful property in a stunning location. The owner was on hand and lovely. Vrbo listing is inaccurate as states Polperro, Looe, however location is Portwrinkle. The owner does provide an accurate location before checking in however. Fantastic week in a beautiful location, will hopefully return one day.」

「AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. 「I had no wifi as there isnt in Foxes Den at first i was disconcerted then enjoyed reading and sitting outside instead of infront of the TV. It was just what I needed」

「We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.」

「Absolutely nothing prepared us for how stunning this place is. The pictures do not give that view justice at all. We slept with the patio door to the bedroom open every night just looking out and listening to the sound of the sea.
