“A little bit dirty ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and sink were short so it made us feel tall. The hotel was quiet which we appreciated. It is within walking distance to great restaurants. We would stay again. ”

“Seems a bit dated & run down but excellent staff. Breakfast wasn't much, just ended up door dashing breakfast. Nice waterpark and arcade area at the hotel for the kids. ”

“Very clean . Christy was so helpful and nice ..great breakfast and granola was good . Wonderful coffee . The pool was large and great was able to do laps . The air conditioning was so quiet . Our new favorite when we come to Billings ”

“Given that it was a suite we expected a few more amenities than what it had. In our view it would have been nice to have a coffee pot, toaster, dish soap, dish cloth, dish towel, Kleenex, and hand towels (face cloths and bath towels were provided). There were no dishes or pots/pans but they were available for purchase. We were also required to take our own garbage out to the dumpster. Perhaps this all has something to do with it being an extended stay hotel, but we would still expect basic……

“Loved the staff and the room. Food was perfect. They are pet friendly but no space for walking your pets. The homeless group across the street was quite intimidating. The mattress was horrible, and the blanket could have been an actual full sized blanket, but the temperature in the room was perfect, the pillows were very nice.”

“Coffee in lobby was awful and poor selection, no fridge, microwave or other drink amenities in room. Property was super nice when opened but hasn’t been updated in a long time. Valets were great but front desk grumpy. Seemed like the place had gone downhill from the last time we stayed there.”
