I had a fantastic stay at Hayasa Hotel Yerevan. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and perfectly located close to the center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well equipped, which made my stay very relaxing.
What truly stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

“The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat!
The Breakfast!
This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. If we ever had to stay somewhere else because they were booked we would still go there for the breakfast. It had that home cooked vibe for sure.

“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy.
However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”

“Personal unfreundlich, Lage sehr gut, Schallisolierung schlecht zu laut, Mensch kann nicht in der Nacht schlafen. Hotel ist nicht schlecht, aber für mich kein fünf Sterne in Badezimmer sehr alte klobürste. Leider nur ein Aufzug, mit reinigung Größe probleme um 16.00 war Zimmer nicht gereinigt, jeden Tag die gleiche ich musste in Reception gehen und melden, Reaktion von Leute in Reception, war nicht Positiv. Zimmer war schön eingerichtet ”
