Nothing called towels available in this hotel. Breakfast that can be called anything except breakfast. Shower that was designed at the stone ages. Sheets are stained with all colors, bathroom door open half, toilet make so may noises that you think it water will gush out of it. Shower that is extremely hot or extremely cold, never could adjust it to the right temperature. Hand washing basin has good water in the early morning only, after that, you will be lucky to have it running or try to have room temperature either so hot or freezing cold. Asked the sheets to be changed, the old ones were cleaner that the new ones. Wi-fi was on/off all the time. No stable decision on the accommodations, one says something this day and the other one says something else after maybe 5 minutes. The only good thing was the staff were so nice. Never again will I consider this place even if it is the only place available. How were they rated as 4 stars needs an AI to determine that. 1 star is so high.

Apparemment cet hotel ne travaille plus avec Hotel.com. J’ai du attendre 30 min à la réception pour qu’on retrouve ma réservation sans succès. Après avoir montré toutes les preuves que j’avais réservé et payé par carte on ne me croyais toujours pas. On a bien voulu m’accorder une chambre disponible le temps qu’ils ait fait leurs vérifications. Chambre pas très propre.

I'm disappointed with my parents' stay at the Comfort Hotel. The noise from outside was unbearable, and the cooler was uncomfortable. They couldn't open the window due to the noise, and their request for a room change, despite an awkward view, was denied. Hope the hotel improves for future guests.

Great location, good value budget hotel

Great location within walking distance to most tourist sites, and also close to a metro station. Initially, they had given me a room which reeked strongly of tobacco smoke (despite me indicating non-smoking on my reservation). The front desk came up, said there was no smoke smell, and sprayed the room with air freshener (which made the problem even worse), and left it at that. There was no way I could spend 4 nights with that stench, so I insisted on changing rooms. In the end, they did make things right, and switched me to another room (which was actually nicer than my earlier one), so I'll give credit where it is due. My overall evaluation of this hotel is positive since they eventually did the right thing.
