My recent stay at the Paris Hotel in Armenia left much to be desired. The hotel is in dire need of major renovations. Upon entering the room, a noticeable smell lingered, indicating that the space was outdated. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, making the room uncomfortable. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, with decent options, it hardly made up for the disappointing state of the accommodations. While I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, it's important to highlight the need for improvement. Despite the friendly and accommodating staff, the lack of amenities such as a gym, pool, or even a proper lobby raises questions about the value of staying here. Although the location of the hotel is convenient, it's difficult to justify recommending it to others until significant upgrades are made to enhance the overall guest experience.

Paris Hotel Yerevan is an excellent choice for a short or long stay in Yerevan. Great location, nice and attentive staff, breakfast is beyond any expectations (with an outstanding view at mountain Ararat as a bonus). Although technically this is a nonsmoking hotel, don’t be surprised if you find an ashtray in your room, and obviously everybody is smoking around.

Stayed there 7 days and the quality of service remained consistent, with all staff members. Great, clean facilities and rooms. Excellent restaurant with live music. Short walking distance to central square and other popular locations.

Great staff! Comfortable rooms! We loved the rooftop restaurant and the excellent live music during breakfast and dinner. Location is very close to Republic Square and lots of nice restaurants and shopping. We would happily book again!

The rooftop was beautiful except for a very bad smell (bathroom) as you enter. I did bring it to tge management attention. I hope they resolve it soon, after all it is a restaurant.

The hotel had the best breakfast buffet I have had in years. Room was quiet, well appointed, and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay here the next time I visited. My only grumble was that I was not picked up at the airport as agreed, and as compensation they offered to take a small percentage off of an absurdly high transportation service.

This place has the makings of a good hotel but is not a true 4-star property. Building and facilities are dated, not insulated from outside noise, AC in my room didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to fix it, only one hotel for the entire building (creating lines to get to your floor). Staff tries to be helpful and is polite but can only do so much. Needs work. Good central location, however,
