A most pleasant stay at Livemax Hotel. ShinYokohama station is only a ten minute walk away. Hotel staff were efficient and helpful, and the area has many shops and restaurants to choose from.

The hotel staff were beyond accommodating. Very friendly and they could speak English which made things even easier for us. The hotel is right next door to the ramen museum and only a block away from the shin-Yokohama station. It was perfect for our group!

It was easy for me to walk around for anything that I want. Close access to the station and also a lot of restaurants around. You can also enjoy the Ramen Museum if you’re a fan of Ramen.

The location is perfect for exploring Yokohama and the surrounding areas of Tokyo. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is incredibly convenient. Being right next to the Ramen Museum is an absolute treat for food enthusiasts. The facilities are very clean and accessible, ensuring a comfortable stay. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Highly recommended!

Great Budget Value

Room was very small. No room to put two suitcases unless stacked against the wall. Very quiet place. Great location in a nice, clean business neighborhood. Easy walk to the train station. Ramen Museum is next door. Lots of choices of places to eat that are one or two blocks away.

Property was ok, we had to find a property last minute because of flight changes and this was the cheapest and best available. It is very basic room but comfortable, not great amount of room amenities in comparison to other hotels, fridge was barely cold, microwave in room which was handy. Shower very strange it’s a bath and also a sink with an adjustable tap took some getting used to. Massive step up to bathroom which isn’t great for those with mobility issues, no food on premises have to go to local shops but not far to go as Shops nearby and very close to Shin Yokohama station which is handy. Laundrette on 2 floor which is always helpful.
