I liked having access to the bath. However, it was a little confusing because the staff did not give us the special bath key card when we first checked in. So we thought we could use our room key. But instead we had to go back to the desk to ask for the bath key card. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. There's no view out the window, though, even if you open the window.

What i didnt like is the hotel information on the Expedia site and the hotel website not transparency. Created tons of confusion and negative check-in experience. Took longer than 1/2 hour for resolution. Expedia live support is no help at all.

I did not know about the room was not have view or window because we checked in at evening and when next morning was very dark in the room and I open the curtain then I found out the window was fake. very uncomfortable then I called front desk to speak with staff then she said to me no room this hotel window for twin room. the room wall was dirty that looks like never clean ( coffee or some water splashed and stain ) and only one laundry machine in the hotel inside big bath room and it was very in convenient. The staff was not good response my request and even though I can not talk with the Manager that time. anyway I would not recommend to choose this hotel.

みなとみらい線駅出口からすぐの立地、便利な馬車道の一角にあり、１泊としては勿体無いくらい便利な宿泊でした。 なおスタッフの方とは、ほとんど会話しておらず、評価は難しいので遠慮させて頂きます。 また一点気になったのは、改装工事が進行中なのですが（それは仕方無いですが）、朝10時前にチェックアウトしようとしたら、既に作業（大量の家具の搬入）が始まっており、エレベーターを占領してしまっていました。搬入の作業員は、宿泊客の私を見ても何の反応も無く、無視されました。。。せめて家具搬入はチェックアウト時間以降にして頂きたいです。

馬車道駅から徒歩1分で、周りに飲食店等も多くて、便利です。大浴場があるので、疲れて部屋に戻ってお風呂の準備をしなくても済むので助かります。 改善してほしい点とは、部屋のバスルームには電話がなくて、気分が悪くなった時やドアが開かなくなった時に外に連絡する手段がないことです。

馬車道駅の出口を間違えなければ、ほぼ出口にホテルがあるというくらい近いです。立地条件もスタッフの対応も朝食も文句なし。次回も利用したいです。ツインルームを利用しました。部屋は少し狭く感じましたがベッドの沈み加減がちょうど良く、ぐっすり眠れました。
