Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Convenient location to Chinatown and train.
This hotel is super convenient steps from Chinatown . Clean and the stuff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us.
The rooms were of a good size.
Very convenient location in Chinatown but on a quiet street. Short walk to subway station and Yamashita Park. Room is spacious enough to accommodate three people. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall a satisfying experience.
It is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was phenomenal. They were very welcoming. They also took the time to help us both with figuring out the Pasmo app.
We selected the rose hotel for the pool for my family to enjoyed, unfortunately when we arrived that's when we were informed that we have to pay a daily fee per person's to use the pool including the children that was not disclose prior. The look like we traveled through time. Not family friendly.
The room was very large which was nice. Very friendly, multilingual staff. We thought the pool would be open, but it wasn't in season yet (the time frame was not mentioned on their website).
Easy access from Haneda airport and minutes away from the Yokohama Chinatown and walkable to Don Quiote's. Very helpful concierge and staff. Room included amenities for a comfortable night, but rooms and decor are a little dated. It could use more outlets.
This is a very clean hotel. The staff try very hard to keep it that way. The location was great for us. Right across the road was Chinatown with a plethora of restaurants and take out food shops. Ten minutes walk took us to the harbour with gardens and sites. There is a tour bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also a airport bus stop. Our only complaint was the beds were too firm and the pillows too soft.
Great experience with Rose Hotel Yokohama! It is an older hotel but very spacious (unlike many hotels in Tokyo or Osaka), located steps away from Chinatown. Most of the staff can speak Japanese, English and Chinese. They were very helpful with our luggage requests and despite only staying for one night, we were thoroughly pleased with the amazing customer service. The staff really helped make our Yokohama stop a fantastic experience.

Rooms are clean but dated. Breakfast is quite good. Soundproofing of room is good as you cannot hear guest next door. Hotel is very strict and would not allow early check-in. In terms of location, while there are many shops selling chinese food, there are no shopping malls or convenience store nearby. Subway station is also quite a distance away.
It was a stop on the bus route from Haneda Airport.
There were many dining options and a convenience store nearby. I was particularly impressed with the great service and personal attention of the staff at the reception counter and that of the bell captains. Personally, I would like to thank Junko ( the gal with the “Kiwi” accent) for her concern and exceptional service.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We found out you have to pay to use it. This was not disclosed anywhere when we booked. If we we knew, we would had gone to a different hotel. We paid around $90 for one day, as my kids were looking forward for the pool.
