The curb appeal was not what was advertised, but was better when entering the business. Our satellite tv did not work the second night, even after the night person tried to help and the continental breakfast was very poor, food was out and not many options, most customers left disappointed.

The stay was inexpensive and, because it was shown as a Wyndham property, had my expectations high. I was disappointed in the stains on the bedding, the condition of the bathroom, the noise when the upstairs room ran water, and the poor selection for breakfast.

Disgusting- cockroaches, black mold on shower curtain, owners/staff rude & abrasive. Made excuses & final statement was "what do you want me to do about it?!" Wouldn't even give creamer when asked & rude when asked for towels. Never have advertised discount for stay.

We stayed because there was a “continental breakfast” the continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, toast, or an oatmeal cream pie. The pool room was so cold we wore coats, and the pool was so cold the kids could hardly stand to be in it. Might be a good budget place to stay for adults without kids, but I wouldn’t stay as a family with kids again.

Terrible Experience - Do NOT go here!
We came for 1 night with my family on our way to CO. We decided on this place based on the swimming pool and included breakfast. OMG - it was gross! not only did we have a dark sticky 'chocolate like' substance on the inner sheets of our bed, but the pool had floating brown items and had a greenish-yellow hue... so we slept in our clothes and when we woke for breakfast it was non-existent and what was there was spoiled milk and dark tainted OJ.... coffee was OLD and undrinkable. We would like our money back and then some - but we were just happy to put in our rearview mirror!! This was Terrible way to start our vacation - very disappointing!

The breakfast was basically non existent. It consisted of make your own waffles, orange juice, apple juice, pre package oatmeal cream pies and muffins. When its labeled as a "heated pool" it should be WARM...Family vacationed thru York and kids were BEYOND excited for the heated pool since it was 20° outside...got in there and the pool was FREEZING!! kind of an extreme let down...could of stayed elsewhere and saved $ if we had known the pool was a waste

There is no elevator. It doesn’t give you the option to pick a main floor stay. There is hardly any parking and the stalls are super small. When I asked where to park as a handicap vehicle she stated back of building will work. There was also a bed leaned against the wall in the stairway.

The front desk man was nice, pleasant and helpful. It was just an overnight stay but in that short time you can tell some improvements would serve this location. Pillows were awful, I mean come on just give us 2 standard pillows not these short square ones. The A/C toke over a half hour to cool the room and keep in mind we are in October. For an overnight quick stay I managed but if I would need to stay longer I would definitely be looking at somewhere different. Only positive is that the staff was pleasant and they had a room available at 10pm.

The room was clean and put together. The area was easy to find, surrounded by many food choices that were easy to get to, and had good parking. Our only complaint is that it had a smokey smell even though it is supposed to be a smoke free facility.

Walls are paper thin so got to listen to the couple next door doing the deed. Breakfast was gone when we got down there with 20 minutes left. No waffle batter. No coffee cups. No bagels, English muffins, etc. tried ringing desk clerk and they mumbled something indiscernible to my daughter and hung up. No hair dryer in the room - just a spot on the wall where it used to be and didn’t have time to ask for one so it was a bad hair day. A little more effort would have made it much better. And some sound-proofing. 😳😬

The daily rate was competitive and we were able to get a room at the last moment. The back hallway was filled with extra supplies. The white bedspread had dried blood stains. We were able to get it exchanged for a clean one. The morning breakfast offered nothing for people who are gluten free. A little bit of fresh fruit and protein would be good, rather than just foods with carbs. The facility was clean but looked like it had been used hard.

不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Needed to stop in York for a brief stay on a cross-country moving trip. Check in/out was not an issue. Room appeared to be clean until I went to the bathroom and found dead roaches and roach "offerings" behind the bathroom door, inside and around the toilet and inside the shower. Had to shower and walk around the hotel in flip-flops. Bed was clean and provided good sleep once I shut the bathroom door and hoped the roaches just stayed in there. Went down to breakfast and a roach was crawling through the dining room - breakfast we less than mediocore. Will skip next time I'm in town, if I'm ever that way again.

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. Thank you for alerting us to a potential pest problem. We are investigating and treating to make sure that this is an isolated incident. I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.
