Got into our room 30mins early. It was great. Staff was so great. Super friendly even complemented my husband and I on our evening attire. Great play definitely staying again.

Our room was clean and very spacious. There were some strange smells out in the hallway and we had people next to us that seem to be traveling with a large group of people. There was a lot of knocking on doors of all hours of the day and night

Our room was not very clean, the fridge made such a bad noise we had to unplug it, zero noise cancellation from room to hallway n vise versa. Breakfast was …ehh.

Elevator was broken. Breakfast was awful with hardly any choices. I could hear the person snoring in the next room over.

I would pick another hotel
Average looking hotel. I was charged twice on my stay (once by hotels.com and once by the hotel) so I need to call to solve this. The fridge was making weird, loud noises and you could hear cars passing on the highway. Also, the people staying in the room next to us decided to have a very loud party starting around 11 pm. I called the reception several times. When they answered, I was asked to go and knock on my neighbor's door. When I refused, they said that they would call them but didn't do anything. I called again after seeing that there was no action and asked to be moved to another room. They agreed, but I was asked to go downstairs (the elevator was not working) and get my key. We left in the morning and they did not even apologize for it. Breakfast only starts at 7 am so we missed that too given the need to leave around 6:30 am. Overall, not a good experience.
