Very clean & quiet, nice breakfast, only thing to be aware of, is the rooms are very small, and the bed (at least in my room) is hard up against the wall which was a bit awkward. Would definitely stay again though.

Pretty nice hotel. Modern, clean and air conditioned building with decent gym. Incredibly convenient location for the town centre. I have no complaints.

Great price and location in the centre of York

Friendly staff were able to accomodate me for an earlier check in. the room was clean and well stocked with drinks and big plus for there being a fridge

Overall a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The check-in experience could have been better. When the self-check-in told me to see a member of staff, they staff member almost seemed perturbed by having to assist me. Better training and setting of expectations could alleviate this issue.
