The apartment is located on the ground of the building, please note that there are a few steps needed to access the main door of the property, when you enter the apartment, it is all on one level.

As you enter, you will walk into a cosy open plan living, kitching and dining area. The modern and contemporary kitchen space, with all the electrical appliances you could need including a dish washer and hot kettle tap. There is a dining table for 4 guests to sit comfortably and enjoy a home cooked meal or a take out from York's wide variety of restaraunts. The living space offers a large, flat screen, wall mounted Tv, a 3 seater sofa and cosy arm chair, providing the perfect base for you to sit and enjoy your favourite Tv shows!
