「My husband and I enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The house is very old but with the additions there’s plenty of room for family. The only downfall we both experienced is the location is right off of a busy road making it very loud at night and difficult to stay asleep. The host always decorates in a fun, eclectic way that I enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Overall, the location is very close to many tourist destinations and only a short drive from the restaurants...

「Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!」

「This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.」

We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!」

「We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend」
