Room was fine, but the public areas were quite tired-looking. Some outer doors didn't latch reliably. Sparse selection for breakfast.

I hate to rag on this place, but it’s just an absolute dump. It just is. I’ve stayed in a lot of dumps over the years and this is top five or bottom five depending on how you look at it.

Employees were amazing! Special request were accomdated. Continental breakfast is offered daily and coffee or hot tea was available whenever I was needing a caffine fix! Please note if you have luggage, this is a property with no elevator. Work Out Warning. Walls are super thin, I could hear snoring and a loud tv all night for only 1 night. Fantastic location with walkable restraunts. Stores are just a short drive.

Misrepresented in pictures. Very dirty, gross rooms, small rooms, and disgusting bathrooms. Staff vacuuming the hallways at 9pm.

Unfortunately, the TV did not work for us during our entire stay. The sheets were dirty and sofa bed and sofa seat like it's never been cleaned/shampoo before. The beds are not queen size as they advertised, it was much more smaller. There was a man staying in the room across from ours with a dog (pitbull), which barked during the night. The gym was not open for some reason noone could not use it. For these reasons this placed is overpriced and I will not be staying there again.

The bed was firm enough to be comfortable. The covers were super thin. The couch was gross and lumpy. The room was not very well cleaned. The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. Pet friendly was the reason for staying

Do not stay here. It was dirty and we found bugs in our bed. They were not helpful and did not reach out or connect a manager to our problem. We will be fighting to get our money back as we left with pictures of the bed lice.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and was out at the hospital with my husband all day, and the room still had not been cleaned by 5pm. When speaking with him, he told me, " Do not make me go off on you." That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
