The entire room was clean and efficient. It felt like an apartment. Breakfast at the inn was excellent! Love the variety. Also loved that coffee was available 24 hours a day. The staff were polite and ready to serve. I recommend Residence Inn highly.

This facility is an older bldg thay has been renovated. All in all it was a good stay. Quiet with amenities. Really like the seperate one bedroom king bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The was very good. I would stay there again. Boadman is a good location for all kinds of restaurants.

Peace and tranquility at its finest

It's cozy, quiet, clean, with a woodland view with shops and stores sprinkled between the trees. There's atleast 50 places to shop, and dine within a 5 to 10 minute walk.The staff is very pleasant, also helpful, and knowone is going to bother you. Everyone says hello, and may even want to talk a bit. I love the vibe. Very cool place to stay!

The entire experience was great. The staff was very professional and kind. The rooms were clean and relaxing. I would suggest this hotel to everyone if coming to Poland,Ohio. Great experience

An excellent hotel. Our TV didn't work in the first room they assigned us so they upgraded us. They were friendly and responsive especially the night staff.

The actual rooms were fine, (as a group we had 3). All were about what I'd expected. But the lobby and halls desperately need to be updated and re- carpeted etc. The lighting is bad and walking down the hallway to my room, I almost looked for another hotel. The room itself was large with a slight damp smell / feeling, (likely from the AC in July) but not enough to really bother me. My son mentioned that his room also felt damp. That said - it's a great location - tons of shopping and restaurants - easy access to 680.

I did not like having to pay to park in the lot. I've never had to do that even at an exclusive resort. They just automatically give you a parking pass. The room light above the mirror went out as soon as we came in that night and one of the night lights were out. The tub needed to be repaired and looked very old. Some things were very out dated. the staff was very nice and understanding.
