「The lady at the front desk was rude」

「I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at your hotel. I was unable to make the trip, so I gave my reservation to my sister and her three children, including her youngest, who is only 4 years old, so they could enjoy a staycation. After spending the day out, they returned to the hotel only to be locked out of their room for over five hours. Staff repeatedly promised that maintenance was on the way and they would be back in their room shortly, but those promises were never...

「Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well stocked. I love the refillable supplies instead of sample size throw away ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide verify of foods to choose from. We had a U-Haul trailer and the over flow parking area was helpful for that.」
