「Location is quite remote, no restaurants nearby that open after 8pm . The hotel provides BBQ service and have kitchen facilities inside cottage. The rock onsen is good but small. Very friendly people at front desk.」

「De l’accueil au départ, j’ai pu rencontré un gérant et un personnel très respectueux. La chambre était très propre, simple. Suffisant pour le voyageur solo que je suis. Le lit un peu trop dur à mon goût, et un second oreiller n’aurait pas été de refus. Le gérant m’a conduit à la gare le matin de mon départ. Merci 🙏」

「雖然語言不通，但服務及感度都非常好。 他們願意幫忙收貨及代寄件，非常讚。 大堂有免費咖啡及冰塊，有微波爐。 有杯麵可以買。 有免費泊車。 24小時也可找前台。 酒店內不能穿出外的鞋子，所以比較乾淨。 」

「環境優美早午餐超正！溫湶浴場亦棒！唯一缺點是週圍環境除咗酒店便沒有其他，酒店內的買賣部太细選擇不多，杯麵、浸溫湶♨️後必飲嘅牛奶都欠奉！幸好的是退房後酒店有免費巴士送我哋去到南海和歌山駅，不用搭公巴，臨開車時還有五名員工鞠躬迎送，非常貼心殷勤！」
