ACCESSIBILITY
The property is accessible via a steep incline. For your safety, please approach slowly and steadily when driving up to the house. We strongly recommend using all-wheel drive vehicles.

POOL HEAT
The pool is available year-round and can be heated up to a maximum of 85°F. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

PET FEE AND POLICY
This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens.

• Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
• Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
• Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays.

NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door, driveway, and front yard at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
