チェックイン開始時間よりかなり早くホテルに着いたので荷物を預けて出かけようと思っていたら、スタッフの方が来てそのままチェックインしてくれて助かりました。 ランドリー施設もありますが、1階フロント奥に洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ1台ずつ置かれているだけなので、気になる方は近くのコインランドリーを利用した方がよいかと……。

帶小孩要考慮一下是本館還是二館

二館廁所與浴室跟房間沒有隔牆，有小孩比較不方便，本館屋頂可以進去看夜景，地點吃飯方便，不過停車只能到一點需要規劃一下行程，才不會跟人塞車

服務人員態度很棒 住宿環境有水聲 狗叫聲 導致誰的不是很好 早餐疫情趨緩了目前還是提供餐盒 沒有跟之前一樣可以到晶澤會館吃早餐 導致沒有加分到 如果只是想睡一晚對其他沒有要求的可以推一下 但如果在意可能就比較不推薦

酒店位置好，在伊達邵碼頭，出來逛街非常方便，有老街，也有超商，生活機能不錯，想看湖景走出來就可以看到，很舒服

飯店接待人員很親切，因為有帶寶寶入住，從停車場走到飯店的距離約8分鐘，接待人員怕我們不方便，主動說要用高爾夫球車接送我們，很貼心！

Location is good. Very close to the pier and variety food choices downstairs. However, the ground floor is a tea shop, which is super weird that you have to disturb the business for getting to the lift, plus I believe there is security concern. No shampoo or shower gel were provided. Room is small. Shower and basins area are reaching distances and no walls, not suitable when traveling with young kids - while you’d like to have a good shower after a long day when kids finally fell asleep, it’s really hard to keep the noise low and light dime. Anyway, the main resort one looked good when we checked in at the main building. Maybe we will try the main one next time but not this inn again
