職員有禮貌，很貼心，地點有點遠，晚餐有精緻，好吃，雖然每碟份量小小的，但有9樣，足夠吃飽！我住的房間是獨立風呂，但只可一人使用，公眾的有兩個一個是室內一個是露天的，室內的很大，但我比較喜歡露天那個，環境很美。

一個舒適的休息地方
距離: 距離由布院車站有一段長距離，不可以用走的去到目的地，需要乘搭的士(約800日元)，或send email與酒店溝通安排免費酒店在車站的接送車(接的時間不詳，因沒有使用接的服務)，間 環境: 清幽，在山上，附近沒有任何商店，晚上能看到星星，是一個休息/放鬆的地方。 職員服務: 放上6:00pm check in酒店，有一位酒店男職員幫忙，懂英文，主動幫忙拿行李。在check in時有告訴職員check out時間，職員安排酒店免費車送去由布院車站(8:00AM) 設施: 有兩個免費溫泉(只有試了一個大公眾男女分開的溫泉)，水溫不太熱，少人使用，另有一個家庭私人溫泉，需另外付費及預早在reception book時間；晚上9時，大堂的關門，見不到職員，只可以走側門出入酒店大門。設施簡單。 食物: 沒有使用酒店的食物，不知道質素如何。 整潔: 房間整潔，有冷氣，有廁所，沒有浴室，需去大眾浴室(男女分開)；房內備有: 毛巾、睡衣、吹水機、抽濕機、基本刷洗物品。 價錢: 合理

房間很大跟相片一樣，兒子超愛露台嘅小溫泉，食物不是那種高級食材但每樣都很新鮮很好食！性價比很高，有機會會再來！

I experienced to live in this hotel which is the biggest room with private hot spring. But the hot spring pool is not as privacy as inside you room area. We need to go through a corridor, then walk downstair to a small private room for hot spring which is not as convenience as other hotel.

今次房間內有私人露天溫泉浴池，下雪中浸溫泉是不錯的體驗。晚餐及早餐亦很豐富美味，只是較火車站遠，但可以預早與酒店安排接送，值得推薦。

員工都係上了年紀的，很有禮貌和笑容，對小孩都十分細心。 膳食方面，我們訂的是包兩餐，真的很飽。但早餐同八點半前吃，我們吃得很慢，九點半時，員工已經過來問，吃完沒有，應該是餐廳要關門。。晚餐一樣，指定要吃六點半，有點不習慣。他們有主動及小孩白飯和味素，還有餐具。 我訂的房間有獨立廁所和戶外溫泉，但那戶外溫泉跟圖片相差甚遠，像浴缸大小，緊緊能坐入二人。旅館有公眾浴堂，但我們沒前往。 整體來說，這酒店有點舊，跟圖片不相同。但很欣賞他們的細心服務。

很棒的飯店
飯店離由布院還有一段車程需要10分鐘，所以適合自駕的朋友們前往，飯店像一個園區，吃飽飯可走走，走到飯店最高處可看到整個由布院風景很美，白天還可以看到雲海，餐點很好吃，份量超多的，服務人員也超親切，我們訂的是房間內有獨自的露天溫泉，很棒，房間乾淨睡起來很舒服。整個園區也很乾淨，感覺有重新整理過的樣子。

Ok onsen hotel
English communication not good, our booked room had no onsen water supply and they change us to other room (the only room left) and we have no choice and no idea what grand is the room.... Hotel room design are at separate little house which is good but the day we stayed were super rainstorm and we got all wet with the walk from lobby to our room. If weather is good then should be nicer. The switch of on off onsen water are bad, they hide inside a wooden box and inside is dark and scare to put your hands inside....

Excellent Relaxing Onsen Hotel
Booked Double Room with Private Bath. Surprisingly found that most of the rooms are houses once arrive. Good design of segmentation between shower room, private bath/onsen and toilet but also accessible between them and sleeping area. Breakfast and dinner are brilliant but found breakfasts are the same during the period I stay and no fruit was provided.

Acceptable hotel
Basic facilities are ok. Just not used to stay in a hotel without daily cleaning services. You will get new towers from reception by request. They will not collect used towers and clear trash during your stay.

Good for driving tourists
The room was quite nice with an open bath. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Just one thing, the instructions of using the open bath were not clear enough and we misunderstood and spent quite some time cooling the bath. Overall, it is a nice villa that worths the money spent.

학교 수련회가 가서 자던 것이 생각났다 개별 온천은 깊이가 너무 낮다 하지만 매우 친절하다 조식시간이 짧고 먹을게 없다. 퇴실이 10시여서 급했는데 빨리나와서 잘된 것 같다 제일 넓은방이었는데 작은방은 좋을 수도.. 작은방들도 료칸 느낌이라기 보다는 한국 펜션느낌이다
