Excellent service and dinner. A bit tricky to find the place. staff are all very helpful and friendly , they help us to park the car as the carpark in front of the hotel was full when we arrived. Very spacious hotel room , free drinks at fridge. Free float drinks options for in-room dining ( at a separate dining area inside the hotel room ). Food and drinks are amazing.

泊好車後有職員出黎門口迎接，好有5星級服務既感覺，職員好有善，由check in, 介紹房間設施，安排晚餐，早餐至到check out佢都係貼心服務。 有歡迎茶點，綠茶真係值得讚，可惜冇得買茶葉！膳食擺盤好靚，味道亦不錯！ 我自駕遊的，用酒店的tel no.會找到酒店，用Google 搜尋就入英文／東匠庵都一樣找到很易去的，門口有酒店泊車位。

酒店距離車站很遠，基本上一定要依賴的士才能去到。雖然交通不便，但設施、景觀、食物、服務完全超乎理想，實在是性價比極高，私人風呂及觀看小火車是賣點之外，早晚餐的美味及考究令人留下深刻印象。整體而言，極度推薦這家酒店。

的温泉酒店
很好的温泉酒店，因為路途遙遠加上天黑難搵路，最終晚上七點左右先到達酒店，入到酒店後就馬上要我們食晚飯，原因係職員八點要收工。全程有講廣東話職員帶領，非常親切。房間有私人浸浴盤，房間整潔乾淨，張床非常舒服，唯獨酒店沒有大温泉池。

抵達後服務人員跑出來協助指揮停車，並幫忙拿取行李箱。進入後立刻送上熱毛巾和熱茶茶點，很貼心。 每日的晚餐是懷石料理，精緻而好吃。服務非常周到。 房間裡的私人湯桶很乾淨，對這次的住宿非常滿意。

The whole dining experience is one that we will never forget. The menu was well planned, with mostly local and seasonal ingredients. The presentation of each dish was a feast to the eyes. The taste was absolutely divine!!! A big shout out to our hostess Kido San 城戶千津子. She took care of me and my wife during our stay. Always courteous and efficient in what she did. Her rare elegance enhances our experience. She saw us off until we disappeared from her sight, in a down pour. These cultural moments make traveling memorable.
