On our drive to the unit, we received an email indicating that if we brought unregistered pets, we would incur a 500/day fee. 「Didn't stay there. It wasn't available. The host stopped listing almost a year ago. Said this is a reoccuring problem. Farm is way out in the sticks. Had to find a hotel at the last minute. Called to try and get some refund and had to endure 30 minutes of recorded trumpet blaring before being told to hold while being transfered. gave up after another 30 minutes of blaring trumpet "music" and then went to my bank. They'll handle it. 」

「If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation.」

Clean and comfortable, it was in an excellent location for walking to the beach and riding bikes along the greenway and into historic Fernadina Beach.
