"Food is not good enough "

"The hotel is so old and smelly, I would rate it as a 1 star. Not even offering body lotion. We paid over $850 a night. It’s total ripoff!"

"Excellent hotel with clean rooms, a private onsen, and great amenities. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options. We stayed in a family suite in the second building and were surprised to find that the only separation between the bedroom and bathroom was a curtain—so let’s just say, privacy took a little vacation too 😄"

"Really lovely spacious hotel with great staff and a convenient location. You can also sit around the large restaurant area when it's closed and use their tables to eat."

"The rooms were large and comfortable with desk and lounge type seating. The bathroom was large but the space around the sink was quite tight. My main issue was how hard the mattress is. I would have slept much better if the mattress was softer or if the hotel offered a topper to soften the mattress for those that need it. "

"The O’Gallery is conveniently located in the Old Quarter. This is a 4-5 star hotel w/o question. Service and our room were impeccable. Food outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to insure that our every need was met. We would definitely rebook in the future. "
