女主人很好客熱情，馬上介紹附近的周邊景點與銀行換匯位置，也很貼心幫我們找到一個租車位置。房間小巧精緻，周邊環境幽靜，距離海風琴和大教堂很近，是不容錯過的好民宿。

小巧可愛的公寓，地點很好。前臺服務時間需和host討論！
就在古城裡海風琴附近，地點非常好！host 也非常nice, 房間整潔。缺點是浴室很小,但也許反應在售價上！唯一要注意的是如果退房當天有寄放行李需求，得配合host在公寓的時間。就我這次而言是早上11:30前或下午四點到八點。

The apartment is located inside the old town and so close to the most attravtive spot in Zadar, the sea organ. It took like 3mins to get there from the apartment which was great. Though the room was a bit small but it is comfortable and everything we needed was ready. The reception staff was also so much more than helpful.

The property itself was fine, and it was very handy for the city centre. It was, however, a little difficult to find: Googlemaps advice was confusing, and the public area around the property was a tad run down and chaotic.

Vi var nöjda med boendet som har ett toppenbra läge mitt i old town (framförallt om du inte har bil). Lite kök men ok utrustat. Fräsch liten studio. Trevlig värdinna.

Parking was so terrible and risky to drive around. This place is not recommended for people w cars. Stairs are so steep and sleepery, my husband fell off the staircases.

Dear Joseph, thank you for your review. First we would like to mention that we do not offer a parking space. We offered you upon your arrival that there are plenty of parking spaces (surcharge) in the surrounding, but you decided to park your car for free next to the house which is not an official parking space. Regarding the stairs it is mentioned on our website that this is the oldest house in the old town of Zadar and that we have a spiral staircase. Hope your husband is fine since you did not mention to us that this happened!? Hope you still had a good time and enjoyed our beautiful city.

We liked the location. It had a neighborhood feel and easy walking distance to many attractions, like the Sea Organ. There are many church's in the surrounding area, so bells can be heard regularly.

Perfect Old Town Apartment
The apartment was perfectly located in Old Town Zadar. Vera, our wonderful host, came to meet us to help us with parking. She then gave us a thorough overview of places to see, eat and relax. Her advice for us was spot on - I guess she knew what she was talking about with her 50ish years of living there. The apartment had everything we expected and hearing the church bells on Sunday morning was memorable! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Zadar!

Short break.
Great location. Owners are helpful and accommodating. Good value and decent apartment. Would be useful to have TV instructions for us old guys :) A toaster would also have been good. Overall great value though and we would fully recommend this establishment.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli part les propriétaires. L'établissement est très propre et confortable. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à trouver l'endroit. Très réactif dès que nous avions une question. Place de parking juste en bas du logement. Un séjour incroyable dans un appartement très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!

Réception/accueil fermé même après avoir confirmé.
J’avais confirmé mon heure d’arrivé par texto à leur demande et la réception était fermé à mon arrivé. Après avoir attendu 25 min, j’ai dû ouvrir ma ligne cellulaire et payer des frais d’itinérance de 20$ chargé par mon fournisseur afin de les contacter à nouveau !

Cet immeuble d’appartement est propre et rénové, les petits appartements qui le composent sont très agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un séjour magique là bas entre les ruines de la vielle ville et le port. L’appartement est très bien situé bien meublé équipé comme il se doit. Les hôtes sont adorables et prévenant, nous avons reçu de très bonne recommandation et accueil de leur part. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet adresse à Zadar, pour des court comme plus long séjour.

Loved that the sea organ old town and port was just a 2 min walk you can basically walk everywhere! Room was very clean and comfortable!! Some rooms are at the top but the man help us carry luggage up and down and even parked the car for us.( the space was really reduced.)
