Inside the walls of the Old City, you can walk wherever you want to go. Tons of restaurants nearby. Really great soundproofing on the windows. Very comfortable bed. Self check in was a snap and the communication was great.

Beautiful room with everthing we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Nicely air conditioned after being outside in the hot sun. Handy coffee machine for the morning coffee. Felt like being in a palace.

Updated, modern and clean room. Stone walls throughout, hardwood floors, decent shower. A bit small and dark, but quiet. Good for a short visit. Very easy and convenien for walking around the old town. A man met us to help us figure out where to park (which was confusing) and led us to the property. We never saw anyone else but they were very responsive to emails with questions.

Great location in old town Zadar. Cute and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in process. Just FYI, it didn’t bother us, but because it is so central, you do hear some street noise (people talking, church bells, music from bars etc.)

Fabulous rooms in the heart of Zadar!

Fantastically positioned within the Walls of Zadar, the hotel provided the ideal position for us to explore the town. Despite its location in a busy part it was not noisy at all. The bed was fantastically comfortable and we both slept really well. I would highly recommend staying at the Zara palace. A particular mention for Kristina, the representative. Kristina most quite superb in her communication skills and facilitated our stay to suit our requirements. I cannot speak highly enough of her and I would encourage you to experience Zara palace rooms yourself.

Dirty and misleading photos

When we arrived the apartment, we found dirt in toilet and reported to the host. The host said it is not a hotel and implied I should not have such high expectations on hygiene. The apartment name included “hotel” and photos are misleading. I didn’t expect there is no privacy for bathroom and the toilet is separated a bit far away from sink. There is no proper desk and chair for you. Absolutely, I am deeply disappointed about it.

Old town Zadar wounderfoul.

Ok Det var designat för att vara fint, designen hade tyvärr inte kommit till sängarna/bäddarna. Visst har man legat i sämre under alla resor. Priset är alldeles för högt med tanke på säsong och efterfrågan. Service? Ja var fanns den . WiFi utlovades men fanns inte i rum 13 längst in i korridoren, den fanns däremot i entrén en trappa ned, men för vem.

Habitacion diseñada con mucho gusto, muy acogedora y espaciosa. Ademas esta ubicada en el mismisimo centro de la ciudad. Espectacular. El unico punto negativo es la fachada del alojamiento, al llegar parecia una casa antigua, abandonada, pero nada mas entrar la cosa cambia radicalmente.

Zara Palace was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in! The interior design and unique decor was spectacular! It was very posh and they had thought of perfect little touches. Kristina was very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was just so. We had the pleasure of meeting our cleaning lady. She helped us with luggage storage, helped us call our car rental place, walked us down to where Uber stand was and was beaming when we complemented her on how beautiful and clean our room was. She was truly proud & passionate about her work! Such a beautiful person 💚

Ein sehr schönes kleines Zimmer, aber nicht für ruhige Nächte geeignet. Im Hausflur beim Betreten des Gebäudes roch es leider sehr streng.
