「Terrible Experience Avoid This Hotel The experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel turns off the AC, making the room uncomfortably hot, and the staff were very rude and unprofessional when we raised the issue. Instead of trying to help, they treated us disrespectfully. For the price, guests should at least have basic comfort and courteous customer service. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.」

「Auch wenn die Gassen um das Hotel herum etwas verlassen wirken, liegt das Hotel doch sehr günstig und fussläufig zum belebten Teil der Medina und zum Place de la Kasbah. In 100m Entfernung liegen sehr gute Imbissmöglichkeiten (Malfouf, Pizza). Hotel bietet typisch tunesisches Frühstück. Es gab Baguette, Croissants, Pain au Chocolat und diverse tunesische Süssgebäcke. Löslicher Kaffee als einzige kaffeeoption etwas enttäuschend. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir bekamen gute...
